Usually I don't mind the cost of its serving well, recently I visited the parlour for threading and underarm waxing, they have undertrained staff I have got a cut mark on my eyebrow and my underarm got a huge burn mark there. Worst service I have ever recieved in any parlour or salon. If you are keeping cost high then should try to give equivalent services. And above all you have no right to injure the client's body at any cost. DISAPPOINTING, POOR SERVICES.

If regret had a shop, this would be it. I went for a haircut. It was supposed to be a step-bob look. It was in their catalogue. It was not supposed to be a boy-cut, and I mean a proper boys' haircut, and definitely not shorter than my brother's hair, but here we are. When asked about it, was told that it will look better when it grows. If I wanted to get a haircut which would not look good at all now, but will get better once it grows, I would have shaved my head. It would have been much better and would have saved me Rs200. It in no way represents step or bob at all. It is a zero star from me. Response to owner: I had my whole haircut done in Fascia salon, I have never visited Matrix salon ever. I did not have anything done in Matrix. I have not had any haircut since the time I had my hair cut in Fascia because Fascia cut my hair so very short that they need time to grow out for any haircut to happen. Them saying that I have visited them twice since is really weird and a total lie, as is their whole response, because hair needs time to grow enough to be styled properly. No one would visit a salon, let alone twice, after such a disappointment. And now they have also shown that they are willing to lie and blame others for their failure instead of owning up to it like a respectable business.

My mistake was that I went to this salon seeing reels. I invested 8500Rs in Nanoplastia hair treatment and it doesn't even last a week. And worst thing is they shift all the blame to customer never accept responsibility.

Loved the service. Staff is well trained and charges are so minimal.

Worst and overpriced.Went for hair spa they charged 1200 for less than shoulder length hair. It doesn't feel like I had a spa they did massage in 15 mins 2 times hair wash I think they used fake products my hair is more dry now and hair fall started.

One of the most satisfying salon services with reasonable price... and most importantly very supportive and well behaved staff...
