Food is good. Their kababs are better than tundey kababi. But will charge extra if you go for restaurant and so go for the front Dhabha
Worst service ever , never going to order from here henceforth.
Had placed 2 orders from here at 12:25pm via swiggy, waited till 1:45pm there was bloody no response from the restaurant either to me or the swiggy team.
Both delivery boys kept waiting outside the restaurant and were frustrated as to why the restaurant wasn't handing them the order.
I had been such a loyal customer to this restaurant ordering almost everyday but let me tell all of you after today's incident I'm never going to order from this restaurant ever again, special mention to "Romi Singh" who is the manager/owner whatever it is that you have successfully lost 1 loyal customer of yours and no wonder how many more in future.
Such pathetic behaviour and service from this restaurant is not acceptable at all as time is precious and I being a doctor don't have the entire day to tolerate this nonsense.
So lastly everyone please before ordering from this restaurant just Know one thing that if you have 2 hours in hand and are willing to wait that long then only go ahead.

I would like to inform you that today Dated on 23June2023 we have visit in your restorent placed Alambagh lucknow and order 2 Half plate chicken biryani . When we eat biryani 1st spoon biryani taste very poor and rice not good cooked, (stale Food or Air not longer good ) and normal chilled water not provided by in your staff he provide only Normal water it's very bad news in this summer days.
Sir we have pay amount against our order so we want fresh food .
Kindly check and insurer.
