Had a great 1 night stay at New Cape Hotel on my visit to Kanyakumari. Staff are polite, rooms and bathrooms were clean and well maintained with all necessary facilities. Had good parking facility too. But the best part is that all major points are within 2-3 km walkable distance from the hotel. Couldn't try the breakfast as I had to leave early. Would 100% recommend this place.
The hotel is near railway station and on main road. The hotel is average built, has a lift, and wonderful sunrise view from terrace. The reception guy is very good and cooperative. He suggested us sightseeing bus at 200 per person for half day tour which was very worth the price. The locality is lonely and there is nothing at walkable distance. This place is good for 1 day stay only. They have in-house kitchen where they serve South Indian food at very reasonable prices. The rooms are average.
It was great staying at New Cape Hotel. It is located on the main road, near to Kanyakumari railway station. The parking facility is nice. The staff was cooperative, and manager John provided all the things needed. The rooms were nice and clean. Definitely recommended
One of the best hotels which is very nearby from the railway station.. very clean and neat rooms.. The front desk managers(Mr.John)were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a large parking space behind. Tasty Food available at an affordable price. Check in and check out timings are very flexible
Great service- great location. Very near to the station, vivekanad memorial, sunrise point. However the room was okay. I would suggest the hotel manager to look into a few things:
1. Jet spray in the washroom
2. Charging point near the bed
3. Clean bedsheets
4 a solution for mosquitoes.
Other than these, I found the hotel good.
Staying at this hotel with my family was a great experience. Manager John was exceptionally helpful in every aspect, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The location is very convenient, with easy access to nearby sightseeing places. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and convenient stay.
Location is very good. Ample Parking space. Cleanliness is good. Everything was working fine. Manager John and other staff are polite and efficient. Main temple and ferry is at a walking distance. Many restaurants and eateries at a walking distance. Many good tips by the Manager John for sightseeing during a short stay. Overall a good experience.
100 meters from train station, rooms are very nice and clean. Only problem, bed sheet and pillow covers ..not very clean. Note - before booking online call and enquire the hotel directly. Most hotel websites are charging more especially at weekends and public holidays.

We visited the sunrise point in the morning and witnessed the spectacular event. The sky was clear and one should reach the place at least 20 minutes early to secure a good place to see the sunrise. It's an open place without any entry tickets.
