Sweet is the dessert item's of Bengali culture. In addition to sweets in these stores, many types of sanks are available here. Sweet quality is pretty good but sanks are too good. All time crowded place because of their tea. Their tea is too much tasty, maximum visitors are comming for tea. Behaviour of the staff is pretty good. Yes cost is bit high comparing to the locality but I think quality is good. So Bhagabati mostly famous for its well known Sweets, Tea, Malai Tea and Kachuri. I usually visit in morning time for Kachuri and Tea. Kachuri is too good. It's usually served with traditional Bengali Cholar Dal. For Rs. 10/- you will get 2 kachuri. Tea is Rs 5 and Rs 10/- . Some evening snacks you will get in evening time. Such as Paneer Chop, Sandwich , Samossa ... There are so many varieties you can get in Sweets and snacks.
It is a nice Sweets shop placed near traffic more at Sodpur on the B. T. Road. They provide varieties sweets with some snacks, biscuits etc. One thing is very special of them, i.e. tea. They provide tea with malai over tea. You have to take coupon first to procure any item by paying charges.
The quality of food is awesome as always... But you need to work on the exhausting environment inside and near the shop...
