We had our best dinner in Banarsi Di Hatti. It's one of the best food outlet in pathankot. We ordered two veg thali which costs us 150 rs per plate and which was enough for two people. There was dal , achar, rice, roti , paneer sabji and raita. Most valued thali till date. And also we ordered rasmalai which was very tasty.

"I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this restaurant. My family and I, a total of seven people, visited during a busy time. Despite the crowded atmosphere, we struggled to find seating together. The staff's persistent push for our order added to the frustration. When our food arrived, some family members were still standing due to the lack of available chairs. Shockingly, instead of understanding, the staff threatened to cancel our order. Seeking assistance from the manager proved futile as we were told there was none. Only after expressing our intention never to return did the owner appear. Unfortunately, he responded defensively, blaming us for expecting too much from a non-fine dining establishment. It's disheartening when both the staff and owner neglect customer service. Considering the rude behavior witnessed by others, I cannot recommend this place. Visiting turned out to be a regrettable decision, wasting both time and energy. Proceed at your own risk if you decide to dine here."

Food is good. Overall one can eat through many choices available here. Their mini meals is a great deal for easy to go eaters service is good and their behaviour is also very gentle I liked it overall.

Wonderful flavours great service.must try their poori-choley special thali tandoori thali and the matka kulfi.the quantity is also great as well as the quality is also excellent.and the prices are also reasonable. Plus if you want to purchase Desi ghee based sweets.. banarsi should be your first choice.

Too good with tasty and healthy food. Kid's friendly and all kind of food are available. Veg thali , south indian , pranthas, fast food etc.

The food is very good. Chana puri with lassi is a awesome combination. Rasmalai of the the banaai hatti is also very famous.

Doesn't have enough staff to serve the customers on time. I was asked to wait for 2 hours to get the order ready to go and they didn't even had the boxes to pack sweets as required.
