The maintenance of the hostel is not that good , rooms get dirty very often. Bathrooms are unequipped . The food quality is decent sometimes very bad. The stuffs are good and kind to the students and the atmosphere is quiet enough. You will enjoy your hostel life here for sure

Its a nasty place where you won't feel comfortable. Food quality provided here is really bad and tastes so evil. You can play Indoor games like carrom board in the hostel. You can play volleyball in the ground. At this time we are not allowed to go to the terrace. Around 100+ students seats are available in this hostel. Toilets are really unequipped. Maintenance of the place is worst. But you will surely enjoy your friends company here.
Old banabas hostel is a heritage building. Very silent place. Maximum room is abandoned. New building is very close to old building. Security is available 24 hours. Food quality is good.
A hostel of University Institute Of Technology, Burdwan. Allotted to the students of first year. Here the students enjoy a lot. Mess is also good. I've spent my time over there when I was in first year, So, yeah it's indeed a wonderful time over there. One of the greatest advantage of the hostel is that, all the facilities is available at door steps. For eg: the shops of clothes, medicine, hotel, breakfast, fruits, breakfast & almost everything. The students, when live there eagerly wait for completion of one year, so that they can come in college hostel after one year. But after coming in college hostel, they miss the place a lot. That was a wonderful place. No intervention of seniors, everything at door steps and the memory what we gather over there, it's an unforgettable.
We are constantly trying to improve this hostel so that new 1st yr students can spend one year comfortably in this hostel. Some renovations would be done shortly.
Average meals Rs50 per meal ....nice hostel....all are very familiar
