New Arul Jothi - Restaurant in Pollachi - Pollachi, India

Just a non-a.c ordinary restaurant near Pollachi, South India, but better food than many upmarket branded chains like A2B or Saravana Bhavan. Very reasonable pricing indeed. Excellent service by all the staff i met. Wash rooms are not good enough. But i will visit again for the taste & quality of food they serve and the manner in which customers are treated! May be a newly opened hotel, wish they would continue the good work!

Another zero star for this place and can you imagine this is the only place in this locality you will find tiffin varieties for dinner and breakfast. Nearby resorts/farmhouse get food only from this place during non-season days for the guest who they had to provide Mandatory complimentary breakfast. All their dishes will be either salty or spice and not recommended to provide this outlet food to children's and better avoid this place and straightaway head toward Pollachi main town for better tiffin varieties.

Had breakfast while going to valparai. Opened from morning 7.30. Pongal and idly, dosa items are good like a home made.

They dont bother about customers...we waited there almost 15 mints .no one came to take order..thats why we leave from there without order food...very bad experience...i dont recommend...

Hotel Management should Understand the Importance of Customer Service. More Than the Food. The Service Plays an Important Role. The only Reason why the Hotel is Running is that you can't find other hotels in this Area. Worst Service. All the Best for Failure.

Good hotel and tasty food. Some food may higher and some might lesser in price. Good for family visit. Sharwarma, snacks, bakes items also there. Taste is good but litter higher in price. Everything fine. Served well.
