Very bad experience . During month of Apr 2021 they get admitted to my Badi Mummy and charge immediately 20000/- despite of having no proper facilities like Oxygen and other . Very irresponsible and rude behaviour doctor were there . Really wahan ke doctor ko baat karne ki tameez toh hai nahi. Admit karne ke after 1 hour they told us 1-2 ghante ki Oxygen hai sirf . My Q. is to the hospital Admit hi kyun kiya....? jab facilities thi hi nahi

My experience was not good at all , Not seen anyone getting better in their ICU , Nephrology department should have someone who speak truth there is no transparency and also they don't allow to meet patient, they don't let patient's family know the actual condition. Not much experienced staff they need good doctors .The hospital only concentrates on money , they r very clever take your sign on every consent paper so that no one can blame or point fingers on their fault . Nephrology department should have good doctors with experience in handling critical patients. Bad diagnosis skills they lie all the time

Apollo Medics Hospital ,a super speciality center. Emergency Medical facilties are quite extra ordinary and meet up to the requirements of today's needs. The supporting medical staff , guards and Janitors alongwith Specialist Doctors are very much attentive , observant and helpful.Also the medical waste management of the hospital is up to the high standards. Few Things need to be improved are the price of canteen and pantry's food and beverages which are at quite higher side . Also the attendants must be allowed to carry the food at least for themselves. The supporting medical staff on the other hand are way too irresponsible of their duties supposed to perform. Many times called for the help during the nights ,it took way too much time in response which could cause serious complications and result in severity instead. Alongwith this the Lifts are also a bit tacky to handle at the times. Given the facilty of lift it has got attendants fall in unavoidable situations and took too much time just to visit the patient. Stairs must be allowed for every visitors just in case it could spare one some few more minutes.

Very good hospital , specialised doctors are available here ,worth for money as well health is concerned . Truly excellent as behaviour of doctor and staff ,totally hygienic neat and clean environment .

Physiotherapy department here is one of the best setups in UP. Staff and management is very responsible for their patients. Specially per natal and anti natal faculties are the best here. Me and my wife is completely satisfied .
