One of the best hotel rooms in Adyar, we stayed for a couple of days, service by the room boy is really great, served with coffee and tea when we asked. Good wifi connection, no outside noise. Worst for money.
Best place for low budget guys new y shape flyover adayar
If you choose affordable price, it is okay kind. There is no attracted reception place. Not aware of sophisticated. It is local kind of. There is main road near place which is road noisy at low level or medium, high at night. But if you manage by your own, that's yours. Paid Rs. 850 for three bed room. If you compare with other lodges in this place, you can save 40% of your money.

This is the worst Guest House which was better earlier 2015-16. Rooms with A/C Costs Rs.1000/- per day and its not clean Bed sheets, Pillows an washrooms smells a lot. Be careful before booking NO REFUND can be claimed. No proper response from front office. It Was a business trip to one of our employee.. We felt bad and shameful after referring this guest house... can only be called as ROTTEN HOUSE Not Guest House.
The most ugliest stay I have seen. Reached hotel by 23.45 and knowing that I have already booked and made the payment thru oyo, they showed me the very ugly and stinking room and asked me to stay there or else cancel the booking. Never book this hotel if u need to wake up next day.
very very affordable, but you have to be aware of the cleanliness. Strategic location. Very near to bus stop, 15 minutes to airport. Generally crowded at IIT admissions. Good restaurants are nereby.
