Good Checkup facilities, Have to book appointment before going there usually, you will get appointment within 10-15 days but here waiting will be there. And we have visited here and there was no social distance maintain by all peoples there no tempreture checking, no sanitizing provided from them, however we can stand outside, always remember that from which mobile number u have taken appointment so by going there it will be easy to meet doctor first. I am not satisfied for this doctor and me also visited three Times but not work for my eye

Extremely happy with the Doctor. I have some emergency and he treated me instantly without any delay on same day. Fee is very nominal Rs. 300 only. Very humble and soft spoken. God bless the Doctor.

The Receptionist Sushma behavior is not Good at NETRADHAM,HARMU,RANCHI more than 45 mint she doesn't reply and entertain us for emergency appointment and she took 7 appointed of patients who came after me for that I just mentioned the issue that madam i came before time and you have taken 7 appointment who came after me for that she replied " number de deti hu 2 month bad aana" I said emergency appointment lena hai madam jo ki apke wall me poster lga hai with Rs 600/-.she said "Sbka emergency hi rehta hai" then she took my receipt and given my appointment number and after completing my file she had thrown the file on my lap for this I didn't say anything and replied her Thanku Madam. Extremely poor behaviour with patient guardian which hurt me only due to her behaviour I gave 4 star out of 5 star. I can understand her pressure of work which she feels as I also work in service sector as a Branch Manager at PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK but ill behavior is not to be tolerated. As am in a hospital where silence is the first discipline due to which I am writing this on Google review silently. Please teach her some lesson how to communicate and behave with persons coming to NETRADHAM, HARMU, RANCHI for appointment. She thrown the file on me which hurt me so much. Thanks

Dr Arun is one of the best eye specialists in Ranchi. But visiting him is not practical as the appointment is given 3 months late. Even when you do manage to visit him, a simple eye test would take min 3 hrs. So it's good, but only for the people who have a lot of time. Like the retired employees of SAIL, HEC etc. And yes, pl be careful - the receptionist is too slow and it is very difficult for her to comprehend anything. No pharmacy or spects shop.

Although time consuming diagnosis but that is because the trust people have towards Netradhaam under the shadow of Dr. ARUN KUMAR VERMA. He makes sure peoples hard earned money is not spend uselessly and they get proper treatment at minimum cost. This make patients to wait for their number due to long list and as they are disciplined in their approach so last moment non appointment diagnosis is not easy to get.

Good , you should go in morning itself to take number in queue earlier so you can reach to doctor earlier.
