Just One Word-Brilliant, In Everything, whether it is services, behaviour, hospitality, surgeries etc. Just did my Contoura Lasik Surgery and yes it was painless, and done by the legend himself Dr.Vasant Sapovadia sir. Checkup and all are good average , but they don't recieve calls I was trying for appointment they picked up the call on 5th day of continuous trying, and after that I expect call from lens shop as they've told me that once the glasses ready they will call. But after waiting for long I was trying to call them but same situation repeated no one answered the call. Luckily the call received and they said they will check and call back. Still now they dint given answer. Third class worst service they're providing.. don't go for netradeep

The review is for the whole LASIK in general, not just for this doctor or hospital. BE CAREFUL. 1. First things first, check out the side effects of LASIK. I did not and am paying for that. 2. On their part, they could have let me know. They will only tell you that you might have slight blurry vision for a month or so. But what I am talking about is a thing called "starburst effect". This and some other vision related issues are expected after LASIK. 3. It's been more than 2 months, almost 3 months since the operation. I still have difficulties in night. Especially while looking at bright lights, they look like stars instead of normal circular ones. When I talked about this issue on the first month check up, they said it should go away soon. On the second month check up, when I said I still have those starburst vision issues, they checked number with different machines and concluded that my vision is near perfect, almost no number in any eyes. And Dr Sapovadia said that I am kind of perfectionist and all and that is why I am finding some difficulties bigger than they are. I GUESS, I am lying then?? In their defense, they are correct about my vision BUT only during daytime. I can see perfectly in daylight. I only have issues during night. 4. One star is for the staff around the doctors, who worked really hard and treated well. Another one is for the infrastructure and those luxurious sofas for sitting. You won't find better facilities than this anywhere across the country. In conclusion, for most people LASIK is good, it works wonders. But in rare cases like mine, the side effects are permanent (unless some miracle happens in next few months). And we are talking about side effects related to the most important organ in our body apart from heart and brain. So, make yourself aware, read and research before you decide to go for it. Good luck. EDIT: Been another 3 months (total 6 months). Same situation, no improvement. Night vision very bad. EDIT #2: Almost a year and a half. After doing a lot of research on internet and by asking a friend who is a doctor, I came to know that people who have larger pupils or dry eyes are not suitable for LASIK. I didn't know which one of them is causing me issues, but the doctors at the hospital should have checked and known. I have difficulties at night, especially when I see bright lights. It's the same thing called starburst side effect and it's not something in my head because I like things perfect and all. I am 100% sure. Day vision- great, I will be honest, but night vision is just messed up. Can't even drive without risk at night. LASIK ruined my night vision, be careful. Especially if you have either of the two things called dry eyes/large pupils. It's not something we patients could know, it's their responsibility to check. EDIT #3: Their reply to my feedback was "With current laser technology its very rare problem and It should not remain for longer time." Sorry to say, but it's been long enough and the problem is still there. No improvement at all. Been 2 and half years since I had LASIK (contoura) done.
