I am very satisfied the service of this clinical centre.specially.thier staffs behaviour .very appreciative...and the settings of spectacular views..are outstanding
The outdoor service on the 2nd floor. You have to go to the reception and get a ticket. The visiting time is 10 A.M to 5 P.M. The environment of the lobby is very pleasant, neat & clean. In the checking room, they will check eye' power. Next, check your distance vision. Finally, you will be allowed to visit the doctor. Treatment is overall good. You will also get good discounts on all the prescribed medicines there. And one thing, wear a surgical mask, you will not be allowed without a surgical mask.

I have a very nice experience with Netraalok Naihati. I have taken my mother for eye checkup there. The staff and doctors are extremely nice, cordial, and professional . They listen to our problem patiently. They also took extra care of my mother due her old-age. The suggestion from the doctor was absolutely spot on and we could feel the improvement very soon. Most importantly the prices are less than compare to any other center of repute. I would highly encourage everyone to visit the centre and take advantage of the eye hospital.
Timing 9 AM to 5PM Except Saturday Ticket costs 150 rs per head. If urgent, within 30 mins, 200 rs per head. Advance booking 250 rs by call. Smooth and speedy process with helpful facility & faculties.
Staffs behaviour is very bad. We have booked for OT but, due to some financial issue we tried to cancel the date. When my father called them for cancellation they called me and misbehave, they don't listening our problem. As they are doing any favour to us. They called me two times and misbehave. I will request everyone not totake any service from them I
Very good experience in this hospital. Doctors are very cooperative but the receptionist girl who has been tested very rude.. as a patient we are want to relieve any hospital but she feels very disturbed for any queries.
