Very well organized right from the entry into the hospital. Everything went with clockwork precision and all the Staff so helpful and polite with everyone. Doctor Priya explained the procedure and cleared all doubts so well......I was at ease and calm because of that. A great experience. Thank you.

It was great having an eye check up with Dr.Vinay at the hospital. The problems associated with the eye are very well explained by the Doctor. It is an easy hospital to be explored, no much waiting time and easy procedure to be followed. Staff services are good and the receptionist are polite enough with the patients. Overall, it is a good hospital
Doctors are too good and empathetic. But problem lies with receptionists. They don't know basics about appointments and patient waiting time. One of the receptionist was rude enough to say even after taking appointment we need to wait minimum 2 hours to meet doctor and appointment is taken to enter hospital!! What a lame explanation. Dear Receptionist appointment is taken to consult a doctor, (that's why it's called Doctor's appointment) not to sit and waste our time. Just for regular eye check up I had to spend 4 and half hours.
Excellent service and treatment. Dr Chethan Anand has very good experience and expertise. Treatment and care provided properly. Whole staff including all nurses are very co operative and supportive. Highly recommend for eye care.
My mother was operated for removing the cataract. Dr. Monica Anand operated her. The competency of the doctors are excellent. All support staff and receptionists are well trained.
