Doctors are great. But the rush crowd is too much. You have to wait several hours for registration and than there also you have to find out which ward you need to go. Well if your serial number is more than 60 than it's like impossible for you to get your turn that day.

In ladies seaction there are gents are standing.. And in return rrply they said doctors told us to stand in female line.. There are soo many pregnet ladies standing and old ladies also.. But there is no such srcurity for proper arrangment After 2.5 hours standing in billing line ..they deny for service.. And in complaint line no one is answering properly.. What a pathatic service..

Worst experience i faced here i m talking about this great hospital oho this is great or big by name only because the facilities and the staff (specially children ward nurses ) is not that great ,everything here is not completely well. First of all, the careless behaviour of nurses . They are not well behaved i think they need counselling and proper training of how to behave with the patients and their family. I just want to tell all the hospital staff that no one is interested to visit here by choice .This is their helplessness regarding health of their child. I m very disappointed by their reckless behaviour that not telling visitors about rules and regulations and then shouting on them and threatening their family . They are just busy in gossips with other nurse nothing else I think the right thing is first to behave well.. But to tell the visitor that if you try to say anything regarding thier behaviour then there will be a problem for you patients Huge disappointment

Staff are not good not comong on time for duty, they are starting the process from 9:40am , this is not a right way to do a duty in hospital .... Am not happy with the management of this hospital ...

If going for the treatment, reach before 9:30 because later there is a long line here and you have to wait hours to get your turn.A single minute of late can take you back to number 10.

Worst Doctors and worst services...Especially Dr. Surendar. He has no manners how to talk and serve the patients. Many people suggest this Doc but when I met him for Acid Reflux issue, he gave me Aciloc and I told him that I am allergic to that Salt, my face got swollen because of that but he did not pay attention. Wastage of time

Sanitisation 1/5. Broken toilets. Unclean washrooms. Doctors. 4/5. The senior doctors are the only saving grace. The new breed of doctors is highly arrogant and don't even know how to talk to patient. These newly created doctors won't even hesitate on shouting on a hapless patient. * By senior doctors I mean only those doctors who see and handle OPDs. Not others. CMO and MS have lot of administrative duties. No grudge for them. There are atleast 4-6 doctors who are seniors and on various adminstration post. They only need an excuse to go out of hospital once on any pretext. They won't return on that day then. They are highly paid but won't do work worth 1/10 th of their salary. Paramedics. 2/5. Most of normal deliveries are handled by student nurses. The senior staff won't even touch patient. In whole hospital, there are not even 10% paramedics who work truly. Others are totally useless. Only for grabbing heavy salaries. The day they are paid on their performance, they won't even get 1/10th of their salary. Ambulance service. 1/5. 99% of ambulance work is handled by 108 service. There is a big list of ambulances from health department, which don't even move 1000 km in entire year. Here also their drivers are highly paid and again they won't do 1/10 th of work worth their salary. You never get ambulance when required. They always make excuses that ambulance has gone here and there while in reality they are parked at hospital itself and drivers making merry. Drug Supply. 2/5. You get medicine only if you are known to the staff or the pharmacist. I have myself bought local anaesthetic and oxygen mask for a delivery of a relative. If these basic things are not available in district level hospital, you can very easily get idea of others. OPD service. 2/5. This is for the foolish schedule of govt of giving seniors citizens preference. Even if you slip number in medicine OPD is 25, your turn will not come before atleast 3pm. Reason-;there are similar number of seniors as well as staff slips. 25 number slip means that you'll be checked at atleast serial number of 55 or 60 by the poor doctor who is himself overworked and over stressed. If seniors are to be given preference, it's better to give them an exclusive OPD. Why make other normal patient suffer? Can a young patient not have serious problem? He comes at 9am to make slip and gets first token number and yet his turn comes at 12pm. Is it not injustice? Which great soul planned a Medicine OPD on first floor? The lift is non functional. How do you expect a cardiac patient to climb stairs to see a doctor?

Its a District headquarter hospital and there are no machines inside. Outside the hospital campus there are a lot of small cheap type shops known as diagnostic centre. Even these cheap shops are having those machines. Hospital staff directs patients to get their tests to be done from these cheap shops. It looks like a big commission scam going around and it should be invistigated It's a request from govt officials (vigilance)
