It was really a great place to stay. This property has two floors. 3 rooms in each floor is for guests. The owner also has 2 wheelers for rent which can be availed at a decent price. The service was really good and the rooms are also worth it. The owner of the property is really helpful and cooperative. He gave us really good service and helped us by providing information we needed regarding local foods, off beat tourist destinations etc. Overall I really enjoyed my stay at this place with my 3 friends. It was a great experience.
I had a wonderful stay at the guest house. The place was exceptionally clean and beautifully designed, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The staff's behavior was truly remarkable, as they were extremely helpful and accommodating. They went out of their way to assist us in exploring Alappuzha, which was greatly appreciated. I am sincerely thankful for their excellent service, and I wholeheartedly recommend this place to others. Their exceptional hospitality and top-notch service make it a standout choice for anyone looking for a memorable stay.
It was a nice stay but parking is very small and we can't booze here and we were 5 people they provided 3 rooms but only 1 bedsheet for Each bed room when we ask for extra bedsheet he was denied to provide but later After couple of discussion he provided rest everything thing is good

A small, but cosy homestay located in Alappey town, very close to all sorts of transportation. The caretaker was prompt and proper in their response to all my queries. The room was clean and well maintained and the check in was smooth as well. He was also accomodating of some error as in my payment was not showing up in his phone, and assured that he would follow that up later. The room didn't have toiletries contrary to what was infotmed earlier, but I didn't have time to ask as my stay was very brief, and I'm sure they would provide them on request. Overall a good experience, and happy to recommend.

We had stayed ( Family Stay) on 19 th June. Hospitality & Ambience was too good.Rooms & Washroom were perfectly clean, hygienic,and well maintained.Had a pleasant home stay . If you are bird and cat lover you can just spent time with them also. Outdoors were filled with plants & trees as we could enjoy the greenery. Very good atmosphere.
