Nestlay rooms and stay - Hotel in Chennai, Ramapuram - Chennai, India

Ok for overnight stay. Stayed there for a night to catch a morning flight. Rooms are clean. Have to ask for Towels, toilet tissues. Sliding windows did not close properly. If you try to close one side, other side window opens slightly. You get all the traffic noise plus the flight landing / take off sounds like it is just over your head ( too loud for sleeping). Tried a quick shower, the body wash smelled so bad that I used my own. No toothpaste/brush.

Pros :The Hotel was very near to Airport and they allowed late night check-in. The process was smooth. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are quite big and spacious. Breakfast although limited and served at room was tasty. Cons: you have to use stairs to reach rooms and it's difficult with heavy bags. Perticularly my washroom taps were faulty. No water in cystern and wash basin. No towels were provided we had to ask them. Cleanliness was an issue but there was construction going on so I would not generalise it. Overall it's good for short transit stay.

There is no separate ventilation in the room. The air conditioner has to on all the time. Otherwise room was very clean and comfortable

Rooms were not ready when I reached. Towels and tea maker were not there. Had to ask separately. But the staffs were courteous. They have attended to all my needs promptly. Yeah the cups provided in the room were dirty. I didn't use that. They don't have a in-house restaurant. But you can order from the near by restaurants and it will be delivered to the room. Quite nearer to the airport which is very convenient.

Tried couple of times. Rooms are small but really nice set up. I like the interiors of all the rooms. Had complimentary breakfast.Food is really tasty and prepared there only. They give you call every morning to make sure you dont miss it. First was under oyo and now with treebo. earlier had offers now no longer there. Very close to the airport for people who travel. Staff are good to. Check in check out does not take long. over-all a good experience.

I loved this place very close to metro and airport. The rooms are clean and taken care of the staff are very helpful. We started here for only 1 day as we had to catch a flight the next day. But really nice place to stay.

Great place... very good rooms.. quite accessible... 1 star less due to parking and room service... there is a lot of room for improvement on the room service part...

Good and comfortable stay with pleasant experience.. Hospitality is too good..
