Absolutely disgusting pg, the person who handles the pg named Adnan is unprofessional and enters girls pg every now and then without any notice, upon confronting he started yelling. He says he is the owner of the pg but he is not, he has rented the place. The entire pg is a scam.
I have been staying here since last four years and it's one of the best. All the necessary services are provided instantly like daily room cleaning, maintenance , canteen services. The owners are very cooperative and the charges are very very reasonable compared to its locational advantages and facilities of this society. I did never think of shifting to elsewhere during last so many years.
I have been staying in this PG since one year and my experience so far has been very positive. The room is very spacious , properly ventilated and has cupboard to keep your luggage and things safe. Room and washrooms are cleaned daily and the best part of the PG is its location it's very near to andheri station it takes just 10 min walk from the pg so you need not to worry about getting late to your work or for collage and you will find ample of stores around your PG to buy your things. Owner and the office members will be there for you at every moment to help you out in solving any issues you encounter in your stay at the pg. Trust me you will have the best pg experience of your years of stay here in Mumbai
It's a good pg in Andheri West. They are serving good bed , good room, wifi, paid gas facility, paid Electricity. But it's nominal. So you can afford. The only thing that I didn't like is they are Charing maintenance fee as the room rent. Which is high because I am here for the shorter time. Other than everything is fine. Room charges would get higher as you choose for privacy. Sagar city is slum area. So for 1 km you would feel like ordinary city. But from one side you would get 'Andheri local train station ' and the other side same 1 km away there is Metro station from the PG room. So it's good place to live and struggle your bachelor life. Thank you.
The PG provides all the basic facilities you will ever need. You won't face any inconvenience as such... But if you have any problem ever, it is addressed at the earliest.
Safe apartments for girls. 24 hrs water, security, housekeeping service available. Good management.
Best location, near metro and local station... easy access to all modes of transport... good environment
