Neptune Superspeciality Hospital - General hospital in Dombivli - Thane, India

Dr.Ram Shinde and Dr.Monica Shinde. Words can be far less to thank you for your kindness extended to me, during my recent mother's hospitalization at Neptune Superspeciality Hospital, Sonar Pada - Dombivli. I have never seen such level of kindness and co-operation extended by himself and his wife 'Dr.Monica Shinde - Gynacologist' by profession but very helpful natured person. Dr.Ram Shinde himself is very humble in nature and guides the patients relatives to take appropriate decision which can be suitable and best to a patient's health issues. Dr.Ram Shinde does visit all his patients twice a day and is well supported by another 3 doctors who are resident in shifts 24x7 at the hospital. Last not the least, Dr.Ram Shinde has a well set of staff, be it a hospital administrator, receptionist and most importantly those nurses who are extensively kind and helpful. Dr.Ram Shinde has recently renovated the hospital reception area and so also uplifting the ICU premises, geared to attend to all patients medical requirements. I personally wished to thank Dr.Ram Shinde and Dr.Monica Shinde and all those very good nurses to make my mother's one week stay at the hospital a real memorable time and above all extended the best co-operation to myself who was present at the hospital 23x7 days day/night attending to my ailing mother! Please be free to consult Dr.Ram Shinde for any of your queries relating to medical help and rest be assured he has all the patience to give you an ear and options to deal with any medical situation. First let me clear you one thing THIS HOSPITAL IS NOW PURCHASED OR TAKE OVER BY DOCTOR RAM SHINDE WHO IS EXTRA ORDINARY PERSON. FORGET ABOUT PAST REPORTS OF THIS HOSPITAL. NOW PRESENT CONDITION OF THIS HOSPITAL SINCE MAY 1 2023 IS AMAZING FANTASTIC AND MEDICATION SERVICE IS SUPER SONIC FAST. Even the Staff is totally amazing it feels like Home the nurses and other staff will take care even other Doctors will feel you better with their polite talks. AGAIN REPEATING THIS HOSPITAL IS TOTALLY UNDER THE INSTRUCTION OF DR RAM SHINDE THE ONLY OWNER OF THIS HOSPITAL. THE DOCTOR HIMSELF HAVE POSITIVE VIBRATIONS. Dr Eknath Doing good job and my mother admitted to the hospital and give proper treatment and proper follow up .this hospital staff also good and co-opertive and they give proper advice and must visit once for consent. Also have cashless service in hospital and hospital look very old but service is good...this hospital charges also less and affordable they not look highfy hospital it's middle class and lower class people can get the treatment

I met with an Accident on 13th Feb night , I was in unconscious state , my friend took me overtheir ,but nurses ignored me and told my friend rudely(isko yahan se leke jaoo) ,is this hospital rules to treat when patient comes in? if don't know then say to genuine people atleast they will do it , don't take effort to do job overtheir and don't spoil the name of hospitality. My freind also told to nurse that give some liquid to stop blood but she ignored .. really disgusting hospitality service. But I hope this message should reach to genuine and concern person overtheir.

Absolutely one of the worst hospitals ever been too. No infrastructure is suited for patients. Hospital looks more like a lodge and has no people. They will charge you a bomb at the start and then put their hands up saying we cannot do anything so please shift the patient. That they are very quick to do but there is no proactive approach to making the patients comfortable. One advice please don't go there in case anyone is serious. Look to go to Aiims, SRM Sharda or any decent clinic.

I had the great experience there when i was admitted. The doctors are also genuine and productive. Thank you so much to the all people working there. Definitely 5 star rated.
