NEON HOSPITAL - Hospital in Thane, Khidkali - Thane, India

Hospital is not maintained and staff is dumb. Relative was admitted In ICU for 2 hrs and then told to shift to room receptionist said that payment would be adjusted accordingly hence took the delux room which is the highest of all category. You can see the photo of the room all leakage , paint stains everywhere, average washrooms, torn bed sheets, thin bed sheets to cover at night few new rooms were there but they weren't given as an option had put us in this stuffy ugly room. During discharge even though receptionist mentioned to other admin that she has spoken about adjustment they declined to adjust told to pay full day icu and full day delux which was unnecessary. Overall icu doctor Tushar is good others doctors average. The place is average no cctv , no packaged water bottles available, no tissues, no towels on request , only one item for breakfast what is there for patients same for guests. Totally cost cutting place. Forgot to mention for emergency it takes a doctor 30/50mins to come from 2nd floor to 1st floor.

Very good hospital. All staffs are good nature and helping mind. Service excellent. Even they provide a good hygiene and healthy food and the hospital maintains proper cleanliness. Doctors are very motivating and helpful in nature. The only requirement is that Hospital need one more lift. We are Very thankful to hospital and all staffs.

This is the worst hospital tbh, not sure how it's rated so highly on Google. There is no communication between different departments of the hospital, after paying lakhs for the treatment and facilities, we ourselves have to follow up with the hospitals at each step of the treatment. They delayed the intimation to the insurance company from their end and asked the patient to give it in writing that in case of claim rejection the patient will pay the entire amount in cash, due to their delay my father's surgery was delayed by a day and they obviously charged us for the extra day of admission. Nurses and other staff are not well communicated about the patient they are looking after, during the discharge I had to go to the doctors to understand the schedule for follow up visits, no one bothered to come and brief the patient on post discharge schedule. We were also supposed to receive the diet plan in written by the dietician but found no such plan in the file, n number of tests were done and the staff forgot to attach the reports in the file. In this hospital you will have to do everything and follow up with everyone or else they will just charge u a bomb and won't provide any services. Please think twice before visiting this place for any treatment bcz they need to work a lot on their management and staff before actually running a hospital. PS: THEY NOT ONLY HAVE HIGHLY MISMANAGED HOSPITAL BUT THEY ALSO HAVE POOR HYGIENE CONDITION S. A nurse poured the cough syrup in a dirty bottle cap and didn't bother to clean it. This is my worst experience.

3rd class hospital. There is not even a single phone number working and these useless beggars are calling as Multi Specialty Hospital. It's very sad that a former chief Minister is visiting this hospital for best wishes. There are many so called professionals in the snap on their website posing with CM. No professional, ethical and morals. In case of emergency, Don't at all rely on this hospital. It has political links. No qualified & experienced doctors. Those who have given good reviews are all managed people. Their reviews are misleading. Reviewers giving good report are paid by Management. The hospital don't answers the reviews given against them. One can observe.

May God bless all the staff of Neon Hospital specially doctors and nurses because of all of them my uncle CAME OUT FROM BED OF DEATH. Thanks to all Best treatment and best service. Special thanks to admin team.

By telling that doctor will come in 10mins they made us wait 1hr n still doctor didn't show up. N this didn't happen once. Either receptionist is a lier or doctors here don't value their patients.

Overall, my experience at Neon Hospital was positive.The staff was courteous and attentive, and the facility was clean and well-maintained. Apart from that, everything else was satisfactory, and I appreciate the care provided by the medical team.

Please don't visit to neon hospital they are fooling the people and also cheat the pasent. My fever bill amount is 35000. I request you to all people please Never visit this type of hospital. I want to give rating in - ve but here no options for negative rating . During first day they take money and said your all amount will be cover in mediclaim but after they don't refund any amount and no dietician are available but they also took amount (600* 3= 1800). Staff behaviour is very rude and charges is too high.
