I must say that I wasn't satisfied with my haircut, I thought that hair smoothening will make my hair look more natural but loved my haircut later! Still have double thoughts on the straightening/smoothening though. Still trying to explore other services..might change the rating with time

Had an amazing experience at Neomis hair & beauty salon. The hygiene and ambience is top notch. Thank you Amaan for the beautiful hair cut. It complements my face cut and I totally love it. Neomis has always been my first choice while I recently visited this salon for a hair treatment and haircut, Aman did an amazing job and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process.

Got a haircut done and I'm so happy with the results!! The haircut is exactly what I had in my mind... love it! Mr. Samuel did it and he has done a really great job! Just showed him a reference image of what I wanted and damn, the results are better than the reference! He also gave me suggestions on what kind of haircut would look good on my face cut. Thanks Samuel! Also the staff is so approachable, well mannered and kind. It's always a great experience at this place.

I've loved all the services I've taken here at neiomis. They are very professional at whatever they do. Loved the hair cut by Samuel. He does it just the way you want it and what would suit you. I totally recommend this Salon.

It was the worst clean up by dursula. I asked for deep cleansing and she just washed my face like how I would do at home. I spent Rs.1,900/- for a deep cleansing. What a waste. The receptionist Paloma- as I was complaining to her about the whole experience and asking her to explain the process of deep cleansing she said to me, "if you don't want to pay, it's fine! It's not about the money here. It's about the service I'm asking for. Very disappointed. My clean up started at 7:20pm and was done at 8:00pm. Just cause it's about closing time, doesn't mean you compromise on your customer. Never recommending neomis to any of my known people in the future nor ever walking into the salon again. Thank you for the disappointing service.

Very unprofessional service. I met with the hair consultant for full hair colour . he showed me a different colour and on the day of my appointment was mixing another colour as the parlour didn't have the colour mentioned most of the colours were not stocked very bad experience. I spoke to the manager as well and didn't help at all. Very bad service not recommended at all did not use the service due to poor management it should be zero rating
