I had cough since long time and visited Dr Archana Jhawar at her Neoalta Speciality Clinic in Vashi. I am much better now now. She looked into my GERD issue too as the reason for the cough. Dr Archana Jhawar performed my ear drum surgery in 2013, Before surgery Dr explained everything in detail to relieve my anxiety. She listens patiently. I went to see dr gawdi paediatric in nerul branch . The receptionist miss guided us and the doctor is also supporting her . Try other clinics with better doctors

The clinic is congested. There is only one fan running for patients. There is no water cooler. Even the staff is not well trained. They couldn't take printout of audiometry test results after struggling for 20 minutes. We went there to see Dr. Archana Jhawar. She used to be good in the past. But recently the quality of her service has gone down drastically while fees have gone up. Sometimes she is late, sometimes absent. It becomes very difficult to follow up. In our last 2 appointments doctor spoke rudely with my mother who is a senior citizen. Despite knowing she has hearing issues, she kept talking in low voice. In our 1st appointment she dint check her throat at all. In the 2nd visit she checked her throat only upon being requested to do so. When we pay high fees, we expect some degree of professionalism in return. Not going there again. There are other qualified, experienced and polite ENT specialists out there.

Worst place, this clinic is completely packed, no ventilation at all. They are using very old air conditioner in the clinic which was not working at all and not even fans are properly placed. It was very suffocating and when I asked to Receptionist to allow to stand in balcony atleast for 5 min but she denied and rudely replied that AC is on, we can't do anything if it's not cooling. they are taking Rs. 1000 for per consultation but do not care about patient. worst ever!!

Consulted Dr. Gupta. Initially got some relief on IBS issues but later on had side effects of medicines, when I stopped taking. He clearly said there is no cure to IBS but it will gradually decrease, so far it's gotten worse for me.
