The space and the ambience of the gym is too good and you can work out very comfortable with all new equipments and it has lengthy space for separate cardio workouts and separate for Strength workouts.

Easy to reach out place, fully equipped, flexible trainings date and time, well maintained, frequent fitness change calendar, good training support with proper diet chart and work out charts. Body building is secondary, becoming disciplined is main. Once you are disciplined automatically our inner soul will refine and that will be show in our physical appearance. This Neo gym cultivates this. Have recommended many of my friends here and will definitely recommend in up coming future.

Awesome, I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get in shape. Especially my experience with trainer really fantabulous, he makes me feel helpful and comfortable. Had a great session during covid definitely must to share, that I have been reduced 12kgs. My Transformation pictures are mentioned in special note. One of my favourite spot. Where do I start, this gym is what I think about when I think of the perfect gym. It started with the location and excellent breeze coming off the Window. It quickly moved to the awesome energy and knowledge that you get from the trainer here, they are eager to help and will to take time with you. Also they understand what you are striving for and they WILL get you there and further, while having fun. The classes are intense for every level of bodybuilding, and you will love the diverse workout combinations. I will definitely be returning for a round two, hope to see you there!

A very nice place for fitness. Trainer is awesome. Gym is equipped with latest machines, which helps one who really wants be a charming body builder. About trainer, his guidance is the real support for all candidates.

Excellent gym facilities and friendly atmosphere. I have been to this gym since 2018 August onwards and almost completed one year. I would like to continue this gym continuously and all people support each other and share lot of ideas and inputs regarding diet and gym exercises.
