Very arrogant people. They have good equipment but they are extremely arrogant. At the end of the day I feel welcoming people are the best assets for any service centre. Found it missing here. Having said that people who just want good equipment and ambience can take a tour. And hey did I tell you will need to pay INR 1000 for your trial class.
Very bad experience and got conned as a non-resident of Jaipur. I was visiting Jaipur for a week and decided to join this gym for that limited period. I decided to agree and pay the high fees they asked for the limited days (around a week). At first I was charged rs 500 with remaining due the next time I visit, but when i visited the next time they completely ignored what I paid before and asked for the total amount again. First they provide no free day trial, second they are extremely fraudulent. There is no sense of customer trust and service at this gym. They will cheat you as much as they can to get the money out of you. I will make sure I will never go to any Neo fitness location around the country. They lost my business for sure!

Best gym of Jaipur. The machinery are of superior quality and trainers are very humble, well behaved, kind and always keeps you motivated. Neo stands to it's quality and no other gym can match up to it.
