Given an option, I'd surely have given it a zero rating. The place might seem good at the first glance but that is where the fun ceases. Enter the premises, and they'll give you a tour. Points to be noted: The lockers in the male change rooms are either broken or the keys are never available, ask them to show you a few keys. Even when there is no member in the gym, there'd be no key available. The shower heads/ taps are broken; the body wash/shampoo is bad quality, if ever there is some. The towels are torn off the edges. The steam is non-functional most of the times. They had a Jacuzzi which is no longer available. They shifted it to some other centre without honouring the fact that they had committed free all year access to some members. There is seepage in the ceiling. Enter the gym and you'll find at least 2 treadmills in non working condition, the dumbbells don't have proper weight markings, the barbells are scarce. You can find a few machines not working. The gym is lacking some of the most important machines like T-Bar and Back Hyper Extension machine. There were a few good trainers available but the management isn't able to retain the talent. So don't join just on the basis of a trainer, they don't last long. The gym might lure you with the physiotherapy branch, but that is highly priced. All in All, the gym is best avoided. It's an average infra with a very poor management. There are better options around. In case it's the only place that suits you, don't pay more than 10K for an annual membership. It's not worth a penny more. Photographs have been attached for reference.

Nothing special about the gym. It's your usual gym with facilities like spa, cardio etc etc. Not very spacious but not very congested too. It has around 6-8 trainers including 1 or 2 female trainers. There's a separate section for aerobics and dance classes. There's a small cafe but it is expensive. Subscription charges are a bit on the higher side. But not way too expensive.

Very very bad atmosphere, don't ever join, machines are not properly working , steam room is out of order since last one month, no body bothers about the complete also Today I.e. 23rd Feb 2018 I just want to bring few points regarding your fitness centre, first of all as erliar i was annoyed by the atmosphere but my complaint was attended the very next day and the steam room was repaired . Now the instructors are good and much qualified and trained. They all are masters in the field . Yoga and dance classes are awsome and really enjoyable . Thanks for giving time and solving my problems. Hope that you continue with the same pattern and quality workout plans thanks once again

Awesome place to come here .Complete packages for family ishere .They serve you veg nonveg here .Swimming pool is also situated on roof top with awesome amenities .You can come relax here .It is situated near shemrock escon appartments .Connecting from two roads 1 from pr 7 road maya garden magnesia mal road another from nangla road .Gym is also there with good and different type of packages .Gym instructor is also there and equipments is also very new and highly well maintained .Food is good both veg and non veg available here but nonveg food require more qualitative preparations as it seems lot of effort required in non veg food .I have ordered nonveg but quality is not up to the mark .Dine in restaurant is also there u come with u family here .Overal restaurant is clean .Also staff is good .Parking is also avilable and there is ample of space for car parking .They also take party here conference hall is there u can also have kitty parties here. Over all good .Cardio ,spa is also avilable here.Aerobics also avilable here.

They told me that they are moving there gym to somewhere else and will inform me afterwards but its been more than 1 month and they still haven't contacted me and when I saw day before yesterday the gym is still there. I tried to contact them so many times either the number is out of reach or they don't pick up the phone. This is very frustrating, if they were not sure about moving there gym then why they are giving the wrong information.

Membership is costly but totally worth it. Environment is good and you will never get bored over here.. Yoga and aerobics are also here with a spa. Try to take annually membership if you are interested as other membership may loose your pocket.

It is a nice gym with good ambience. The trainers are quite helpful and friendly. Also advise for both girls and boys and is completely safe for girls.

Initially I had given 5 star rating , but now after joining I had realised that this is one of the worst gym in tricity don't get fooled by the sales staff at the time of joining they will force you for annual packages and once you purchase the package they will never fulfill the commitments given to you.
