The hospital is managed very professionally and ensures that the services are delivered with highest quality. The doctors and support staff are all very modest and ensure that the parents are made aware of actual situation and are not kept in any kind of ambiguity. This really helps us as a parent. The hospital operations I felt was strictly driven by SOPs and there is no room for any kindly of influence requirement if you want to get your child treated here. This is a very good atmosphere created here. Lastly, the hospital is first choice for the treatment of you baby if needed.

Hospital is good. Consultation fees is a bit high and above that when I went to purchase medicine on in-house medical store. He did not return balance 2 rupees to me. Why this is so?? Isn't this his duty to keep change with him. This is the new way to keep the tip, I imagine that how many patient visit to him each day. Who is accountable for such practice.

Best chidren hospital, All the doctor and staff performs their duty very well. When I admitted our child harshvardhan Dr. Aashish sir, Virendra sir(mgh) ,Kuldeep sir , Treat very well.many other staff I don't know their name but i want to say to thank them. Very nice hospital with great staff..I visited here for Dr.Atul Gupta,pediatric surgeon with post op complications (operated in hope hospital) for my 3 year old nephew.Such a nice, polite ,down to earth person.He listened our complaints very patiently and described in details about the management of disease.Words are not enough to express my gratitude to you sir for managing baby conservatively and easing all our worries.He is so dedicated he visits his patients in sicu very frequently even he took rounds at 12 in the night..have never seen any doctor doing that.We wanted to shift the patient to delhi after he got stable as we reside there,i seriously wanted to continue treatment in neoclinic only under his supervision but was bound and all team helped in all possible ways arranged iv fluids too for the way.Great doctor and great team of sicu.Definitely NOT a money making hospital like others in jaipur. We visited the hospital for our 13 days old baby's umbilical infection. He was diagnosed by JK Mittal and was treated by Dr Atul. He took utmost precautions in the treatment and health of the baby. Pros to the hospital The hospital has the best Doctors with great experience and professionalism Dr Mittal timely addresses your concerns if any in relation to administration or operations. The canteen served amazing food timely and is not repetitive with the food Areas of improvement While few nursing staff members were really good many of the nursing staff members need to be trained on empathy when treating a new born, they would required to be chased for medicines.

Dr. J.K mittal sir is an amazing neonatologist and Dr Atul Gupta sir best pediatrics sergeone in Rajasthan. He saved my baby's life when she was born prematurely and had complications having a tail bone tummer called teratoma. He was very professional and compassionate throughout the whole process. He always kept me informed and involved in the decision making. He also has a great staff who are very friendly and helpful. One of the staff On NICU floor Name of Sulakshan mourya is best always helpful as a floor coordinator. I am so grateful to him and neo neonatology hospital for their excellent care.
