I had a fantastic stay at this hotel with exceptional room service. The staff, especially Shivanand Yadav, went above and beyond to make my experience comfortable and enjoyable. The room was always impeccably clean, and the attention to detail was impressive. I can't thank them enough for their outstanding service.
1. The towels are not clean and almost looks dirty. 2. They do not have fix bed and neither a joined bed. Highly uncomfortable. 3. It is highly overpriced per the level of service and cleanliness. 4. AC was not working properly in the room.
Rooms are not great because there were mosquitos inside and the corridor carpet is smelling badly. No hot water for the shower, it is just not cold that's all. Breakfast ... Some dishes are salty. Only one lift for customers. Location wise it is fine.
It was a very pleasant place and the stay was most comfortable...the staff at the restaurant especially Biswaraj..pabitra is very cordial ..the food was delicious
The stay was good however during the check-out process, I encountered a minor inconvenience. Given the size and reputation of the hotel, I expected a more professional touch. Unfortunately, they handed me the receipt without an envelope, which seemed a bit lacking in attention to detail. It was a bit embarrassing to me . It didn't necessarily ruin my experience, but it was a small oversight that could have been avoided.
The staff is very ignorant and casual, even the staff at the breakfast. The room was quiet compact and ill arranged. We also had an issue while parking our car, as there was no enough space for the same and we had to park asking for help from a reception staff. They didn't even have a proper valet person for parking assistance. We don't have any pictures but I belive, I had better stays at else places.
I appreciate and commend the NEMESIA hotel for the quality and excellent services that makes the guests experience consumer surplus. The services are very good and the room very comfortable. Wish the hotel staff blessing and continued guidance of God.
The service of Mrs. Kajal was very good and was easy to approach. She was kind in nature dressed well. The service looked neat and clean and I would love to come here again with my family.
