No proper diagnosis and treatment given after patient spend 25 days in hospital. If you could not diagnose and treat a patient, it is your moral duty to refer the patient to other doctor. Beware of this hospital for treatment of critical illness. Only good thing about Namecare is the sodexo canteen.

Complaint : Very poor canteen service & service to the patients in the cabins. No staffs in the canteen half the time the canteen remains closed. No room service in the cabins for the patients too very pathetic condition. No response comes from the reception & canteen once called. The patient's attendant also needs to do room services. A complete miss management. Seriously pathetic & hopeless condition.

Very bad experience. They released my sister and had no clue what was wrong with her.She had to stay for a week there. After she was released within 2 days she got more sick and we had to come to Chennai where doctors here asked for the reports from Nemcare and after seeing said that her liver is damaged. Imagine your own family going through all this for their greed who do business in the name of treating patients. I urge everyone to be very careful when you visit this hospital

I wanted to express my deepest gratitude for the outstanding care provided to my mother during her recent surgery at Nemcare Hospital. Dr. Siddhartha Hazarika's expertise and compassionate approach made a significant difference in her treatment, and we are truly thankful for his dedication. I would also like to extend a special thank to Tazdir Dada(of 4th floor) for navigating the complexities of health insurance claims and invaluable assistance in managing the process. His support and efficiency made a challenging aspect of healthcare much more manageable during a stressful time.Thank you so so much Tazdir dada. And the exceptional teamwork and professionalism displayed by Dr. Siddhartha Hazarika and the entire Nemcare Hospital staff have left a lasting positive impression on our family. We appreciate the high standard of care and the kindness shown throughout the entire process. And lastly I would like to tell that the food provided to patient is no so good as compared to other hospitals in terms of taste, so my suggestion is that please try to improve it....and another cons is no room service for the attendant...again the pharmacy is too small in the old campus , which is an another cons.. Thank you

Guys this hospital is only behind ur money. Some of the instance they deliberately torture the patient and their relatives. And Mr. MD, why ur are not recruiting sufficient staffs. U guys are taking full money from the patient so recruit the sufficient staffs to server . Or requirement of staffs reduce ur profit? Conduct some personality development classes for ur staffsnurses and the staffs who wore red seluwar kamiz. If these things will not control soon namecare will start downfall.

I have experience a very very bad responce from pharmacy, Billing counter, Accounts & the operation head person. I have share my complaint on 2nd Aug 2023. Till now it is on pending.. I really didn't expect this from Nemcare. Blaming & transferring from one counter to another counter.

Very well maintained hospital with highly experienced clinical team and administration. Parking is a serious issue that needs to be addressed.

Doctor have to know how to expound the patient's relatives they have to know talking is important and the hospital know only money. At the end worst treatment i was noticed.
