Very neat and clean.. all members working here are very polite and humble. The Nurses here specially take care of their patients as their family members. Satisfied by the job done by the specialist doctor. Got Grandmother's Gallbladder stone removal (laproscopy) under a special package available there. Private rooms are also very spacious.

Worst medical care experience ever. The resident doctor ( Dr. Ankumoni) is extremely rude just like her night nursing staff and her sole purpose is to extract as much money as possible. Management needs to ensure actions are taken on these feedback or else people would prefer other professional hospitals. My advise stay away, stay safe.

The infrastructure falls short of expectations; it gives the impression that they converted an existing building into a hospital without adequate renovations. Ventilation issues are apparent, especially in certain lobby areas near the pediatric department. Furthermore, the limited public parking spaces create inconvenience for visitors. Another noticeable drawback is the punctuality of the doctors, with some being consistently late. It's worth considering whether Nemcare should explore the possibility of a separate, purpose-built facility to address these shortcomings. Overall, while the hospital may offer medical expertise, addressing these infrastructure and operational issues could significantly enhance the overall patient experience

We were visited namecare hospital tezpur on 18 august 2023 to meet Dr.Ankumoni Baruah sir around 4.30 pm ..we had visited to show our test report but there were two sisters wearing blue dress their behavior was so rude and pathetic and they carried attitude like a doctor..they argued with us for many times..Illegally they sent their known persons in front of us while in were in a row ..they overwrite our numbering ..we wanted to meet floor manager but he was not there..how can be possible for us to wait almost 3 hours for a report if they sent their known persons illigally? It's totally wrong..why they were behaving like that? We are patient and the repution of the hospital will go down if they treated us like this..this is not fare..we are needy so we went there..kindly look into the matter..I will also inform to your managing director..

The doctors that we came across were really good, Dr. Albert, Dr. Abhinandan, Dr. Ankumani, Dr. Kaveri, emergency doc, ICU doc + few Pros: -Diagnosis was done almost correctly -Doctors listen patiently to attendants/relatives -Doctors explain the issues in layman language and gives time to the patient's family and elaborate the possibilities -Doctors were kind -Doctors aren't in rush, they check each of the patient taking time -Some of the nursing staff are helpful, the ICU staff too are good Cons: -Horrible nursing staff, no professionalism at all -The nursing staff are always involved in their personal chats (that too loudly) and are least bothered to answer queries or reply either arrogantly or casually. (Some try to show professionalism by being rude) -Toilets smells and also reach near icu,and majority areas are dirty -no TV in waiting areas - no discipline -too much noise (and interestingly not just from attendants, but from staff) -no canteen for patient's food The main purpose is fulfilled that is doctor, diagnosis and treatment but the helping hands are bringing bad name to the hospital. Worst experience ever.. Pathetic nursing staff, resident doctor was so rude, not clean ,billing process was not good, . Very pathetic experience ... Don't go there they only know how to take money..they will destroy your life..Times, EMM much better

Poor management... Even a small thing like parking is not available in the hospital.. security guards are rude, as per them most of the parking for doctors only... Practically no space for outside vechicles... Other hospitals like apollo, healthcity, pratiksha etc etc are way beyond as per standards, facilities and staff behaviours as compared to nemcare.

Doctors are always late by 1hour.. The receptionist always gives an hour advance time schedule.. So if you want to visit, be ready to wait.
