Pathetic experience. Please refrain from going to this hospital. Especially for admitting a patient. Very careless approach and billing department is sitting just to suck the money from your pocket. They have an incredible trick of forging you even you are health insurance policy customer

The Emergency Department at Nelson Hospital is exemplary. In an unfortunate incident, I needed immediate medical attention, and the response from Nelson Hospital was stellar. The team acted promptly, assessing and stabilizing my condition rapidly. The hospital's well-coordinated, multidisciplinary approach ensured I received the best possible care right from the moment I arrived. Their commitment to patient care even in high-stress situations is truly commendable.

Very bad experience, my kid faced post surgery (appendictomy) infection, the consultant paediatric doctor avoided to see the patient although being in hospital, when he was tragically in pain. The consultant doctors rarely visit on Saturday and Sundays. The maximum 8 day hospitalisation thus prolonged to 5 weeks. For the post surgery infection, the hospital is responsible, solely. We shifted the patient to Colours Hospital later on ( I will give 5 stars to Colours). The 1 star given is for the Nursing Staff and billing staff, they are very good.

These people should change their name to 'worst child hospital', they are only interested in money.. once your child goes in NICU its impossible to get discharge within 15 days if he is HEALTHY. They make mother of child wait for 4-5 hrs after going there to breastfeed her own child. Do unnecessary test to grab more money. They keep our child for 5days just because his mother is on insulin. And after that i know many people who suffer in same way. And all this happened to us when we are from medical background. God knows how they treat innocent-helpless people.

Recently my 2.5 years young was tested positive for dengue and pneumonia when we rushed him to Nelson hospital. Dr. Yash Banait and his team ensured my toddler gets the precise and complete treatment on time. He preferred observing my child patiently rather than being aggressive on the investigations and treatment which made the entire process seamless. Dr. Yash ensures the message or the instructions are not only well explained but also conveyed properly hence he does not tolerate negligence neither by his staff nor the parents. He is soft spoken and approachable. Other staff such as management, RMO's, nurses, billing, pharmacy, front desk are good too, especially in follow up, taking feedbacks and checking on the patient or their relatives time to time. Nelson is one of the best multi speciality, leading child and woman care, process oriented hospital in town and I truly recommend them.
