Face mask is mandatory.Agents were seen across the post office to assist the customers I assume.Enough parking space for two wheelers for the locality

Head post office and Passport office, it's service and support is good with in timelines today's meeting request, it's service normal post, speed post, registered post, money order, post office savings account etc.

They cheated me. I came asking if I could do a wire transfer. They said I could, but they closed at 3pm. Came back the next morning and NO. They would not let me send money.

One of the best postal service compared to all the postal offices in India. The employees in this postal service will always be so busy and they won't even have time to address the queries of the customers. So harsh while speaking over call. Not sure why they were so frustrated and can't speak properly at all.

Post office center is good, But aadhar correction section is so poor. The employee in the cabine is so lazy that searching for reasons not to work ...I came at 9 Am from morning he is searching for reasons like..his co employee not came, Computer is not switching on, Internet is not working, Server down, ....Lunch time ...His co-employee still eating...He went for lunch & came at 2:30 pm...He took application & told come tomorrow that he is busy with some other work given by his superior. ...Next day same drama....he made me wait behind his office for straight 3 days..

Visited here for an enquiry of new pension or any long term profitable schemes. But unfortunately no one has time to deal with customers and answer the questions.

Headed, managed and run by competent personnel. I went for renewal of my passport and that of my wife. She also accompanied me. The whole process was completed within 30 to 40 minutes. They are asking for the barest minimum requirements. After having applied online, we need not carry with us the application and photos. They will take a photo of the applicant and inset it to the application and take applicant's signature. They take finger prints also. Finally, they give a receipt and inform that the passport would be despatched to the applicant's address within 20 days.

Again its proved that all govt offices will open late.... I have an appointment by 9.30, they asked me to report by 9.15...but office not opened. Service time it took half day...anyway it's very fast in govt offices... employees are very slow in processing the details...and the response was very hard and rude. Only one man... he is the working politely and fast.... Anyway plan your day before visiting PSK...
