During our stay at Taj Madikeri, we visited this restaurant. This was not operating separately. In Ferntree restaurant they are serving the both menu. We ordered Nellaki menu for the dinner.
Good place to enjoy authentic local coorg delicacies... Variety of food and can enjoy Bella Kapi (filter coffee). Can savour the thali also with various types of curries with different variations veg, non veg and seafood. Don't forget to try Maddu Toppu Payasam, a special purple colour rice pudding (kheer).
Coorg special and traditional foods and drink items is ready to serve by customer orders... And service, food, take care by Taj hotel coorg. Good service Excellent atmosphere. Free wifi connection Vehicle is available to reach here from room. Located inside the rain Forest.
Nellaki food actually deserves a 5 star rating, except for the fact that it was closed when we believed it should have been open. But Fern Tree next door was able to serve the same menu and it was yummy! Their Coorg mango curry and pandi curry tasted really authentic!

This place has a very good view but the food other than buffet was not good at all and service wasn't that great. Disappointed:(

A nice view point on the way to Madikeri from Sullia. Not to be confused with Abbi Falls, which is located interior of Madikeri. The waterfall is about 30ft high and serves as a cooldown point for travellers during summer. You cannot enter the falls
