Nellai Saravana Bhava - Vegetarian restaurant in Tirunelveli - Tirunelveli, India

This hotel is an authentic old Saravana bhava hotel. The tastes of the food is so good. But when I went the taste of the dosa alone little bit compromisable as the batter of the dosa was little bit sour. Don't know why. Even though the taste of sambar and the chutneys were so goooood.

Not so good....I always prefer vinjai Vilas and Thalakapati restaurants in Tirnulveli....this one is mostly crowded and not so great .....we can say as a average restaurant but since it's located near temple and main shopping area it has lot of visitors.

Food is ok. But hotel floor tiles, wash basin, bathrooms are not clean and Hygienic. Staff uniform is dirty.

Very very worst experience. I have tried Afternoon meals. All the served items were in a very bad taste. The curries served got spoiled long time back but they were still serving the kettu pona kulambu. Worst hotel I've ever seen. Respected owner who have responded to this message - I have seen the older reviews. So many people have already shared their bad experiences. One of the best and reasonable price restaurant in nellai city. And servers are so kind and very helpfull to customers, especially ac dine in service.. food are simply awesome and price and quantity very good

Please be aware that this restaurant is not the original Saravana Bhavan of Chennai based, but this is a Tirunelveli based one. We cannot expect a high class vegetarian experience here, but can be used while traveling across Tamilnadu and kerala. Food is ok but hygiene aspects are in question. The hand wash area is not clean. No toilet facility.

It's one of the unique and best vegetarian restaurant in Nellai. I had meals and it was fantastic and really delicious with lot of varieties and the server was serving rice multiple times with sambar, rasam, etc In overall had a good brunch. Place was super clean with good air conditioning.

I had a terrible experience at the restaurant "Nellai Saravana bhavan" and I would not recommend anyone to dine there. The staff was incredibly rude and refused to take my order. When I asked for assistance, they responded with a condescending tone and an eye roll. I was shocked by their behavior and left feeling humiliated. It was obvious that they didn't want my business and I was made to feel like an inconvenience. Not only was the service terrible, but the atmosphere was also uninviting. I cannot believe that a restaurant with such terrible customer service can even stay in business. I hope that management takes a serious look at their employees and their behavior towards customers. Until then, I will never set foot in this establishment again.
