My dining experience was horrendous; the service left much to be desired. Waiting for more than 30 minutes without the order being taken was frustrating. After a 20-minute wait, I was served idly, but to my dismay, I discovered a mosquito in it. The overall food quality was unsatisfactory. I strongly advise against choosing this restaurant for your dining needs.

Experiencing the worst service imaginable, I find myself waiting anxiously for over 45 minutes, only to be met with disappointment as the ordered food remains absent. To compound matters, the interaction with the manager was equally unsatisfactory, contributing to an overall negative experience.

This restaurant is very near to the nellaiappar temple. They have good parking space in the basement. Went there with a lot of expectations on food and probably that was the reason for disappointment. We ordered Masala Dosa, Plain Dosa, Vada and Coffee. Everything was very salty and they didn't charge for the salty food. But that is not the point, we could not take proper breakfast. Coffee was good. Nice AC room but maintenence was horrible. I am pretty sure the interior designer, who designed the restaurant will be heartbroken to see how it is kept. They kept washing cloth, bucket, Broomstick etc in a nicely designed display area...

Sarvana Tirunelveli Town shop is just perfect place to serve you all that you need. Food and Service both very nice.

This restaurant is located right opposite to the main Nellaiapar temple and is a good hygienic choice for dining when visiting the temple. We dined in the AC family section. It had a comfortable seating and good ambiance for families. We mainly ordered South Indian items for dinner, like idly, dosa and parotta and all of them were served hot and they tasted good. Even the service was quick and good. Overall I liked the dining experience at this restaurant and will definitely visit again when I visit the city. If you are visiting the restaurant in a car you could use the basement parking space and as long as you dine for a minimum amount (better to confirm the exact requirements) one need not pay specifically for the parking charges. Even though we parked our car a bit away, got to know this information from the restaurant's sweet shop later. Thought of sharing this tip as many visit this place in a car and parking space is a bit tricky near the temple.
