A small but beautiful railway station on the outskirts of Bengaluru. Most of the passengers trains halt here for 1-2 minutes. The station lacks basic facilities but the number of commuters from this place is also very less in that regard.
Every where on the road side of the city is garbage and plastic there is zero cleaning and Street bulbs are not working properly at night time and also if the street bulbs are burn out there is no on time replacement
NELAMANGALA Railway station has to trains running two yeshwanthpur one in morning and other in afternoon daily and there are weekly trains as well.
Train waiting in nelemangala 56216 but in site shows already departed.Came in passenger train from Hassan to chikkabanavara station still in nelemangala for crossing I guess on 08-03-20.started now at 1426 hours after no train in opposite direction. Is it to say there is no line via chikkabanavara- nelemangala kunigal- to Hassan ?..? But stopped after soldevanahalli halt for signal . Making dedicated double line from chikkabanavara station to kunigal - Hasssan- sakleshpur is necessary.
Peaceful and not crowded.. Service is ok.
Washrooms/toilets are always closed.
Small and clean station. Liquidity of train is very less. It's far from bus stand so no proper communication between bus stop to railway station only you will get auto that also depends on you luck. Station outside there is no hotel only a small shop available. There you can get puffs and some biscuits.you have to manage with that only.
Belongs to Bengaluru Rural district and will be the next hub for connecting Tumkur and Mumbai highway. Corridor for many industries
