For enthusiasts of planets and the cosmos, this destination is a must-visit. The Nehru Planetarium is conveniently located near Aria Mall. Accessible by both bus and private car, parking is available behind the planetarium area. Entry tickets are priced at just Rs150 per person, and the shows adhere to a fixed schedule. I attended the 12:00 noon show and found that the ticket counter opens half an hour before the show's commencement. Prior to the show, you have the opportunity to explore the lobby area, which showcases various models and images from galaxies far and wide. It's a fantastic place to take photos with celestial displays. In the auditorium, you'll have a designated seat reserved for the hour-long show. The presentation is captivating, delving into intriguing facts about the cosmos. After the show, access to the lobby area is restricted. Adjacent to the planetarium is a museum, providing an added dimension to your visit.

This is amazing place for children and families every buddy will like this place. The sky theatre of the planetarium was just as good as the rest of the planetarium, and many facts of how you can see the sky with naked eye. The AC of the sky theatre will make you feel like you are in space. The food canteen is also good not to expensive. Washroom are also clean and well maintained.

Good to see about our planet , very helpful to understand the young kids . It's about 1 hrs show ,after you out the plataonirum , you have much more knowledge about all planets.

We went to a planetarium for the first time and it is a good planetarium to visit for the first time. There were so many models to see that we didn't get time to view, It is the perfect place for children or adults who have interest in space. Must go if you are in Mumbai. *Art Gallery (museum) You can also go to the nearby Art Gallery (free) if you have some interest in art and history. There was information about Harrapan Civilization, life of Jawaharlal Nehru, early humans etc. Sculptures, paintings, real tools, stones etc. on display. We were suggested there to go until the ticket counter of the planetarium starts. *Sky Theatre (Planetarium) The sky theatre of the planetarium was just as good as the rest of the planetarium, and many facts of how you can see the sky with naked eye. The AC of the sky theatre will make you feel like you are in space but some people like senior citizens or people with cold or cough might not like it (I caught a cold that day), but the 150 ruppees are worth it (Free for children below 5 years) *Timings (Planetarium) The Nehru Planetarium was open on everyday (not on Monday, so don't plan to go here on Monday). It is open from 11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and is best to visit from June - March. The sky theatre can be listened in Hindi (12:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.), English (3:00 p.m.) and Marathi (1:30 p.m.). Best time to visit is from 12:00 p.m. or 2:00 p.m. (if you want there late) But please don't too late like at 4:00p.m. because the planetarium closes at 5:00p.m. I am so glad that I got a chance to visit this planetarium because I really have an interest in Science and space, I came here with a hope to see through a telescope but we didn't really find one there but they told us something like the telescopes are going to be on display out of the planetarium in October, and that it will be free to see through it. I hope that this review helped you to decide if you want to go to this planetarium if you were planning to go here

It's the auspicious day of Nehru birthday and it's children day and it's closed for next 2 days and there is no intimation or information, total disappointment.

It's an Amazing place to be with friends and family. Very informative information provided in the science center about planets and our universe. It's a must visit place to understand our space much much better and in a very informative way. Much appreciated the work gone to upkeep this place clean.

Visited this place after many many years. Felt nostalgic. Best place. Very underrated.
