Bought a lot of jewellery from this place in Chandni Chowk, they told us to wait for 2 hours till the bangle is custom made. We waited for 4 freaking hours, now they've asked us to wait for 2 more days!! What a pity. Everything moves very slowly in this place, from making the bills, to ensuring the quality. We bought earrings and the back lock of the earrings was very loose, they took their own sweet time finding an actual working pair of earring backs since they couldn't convince us to adjust with the defective ones. If you have an entire day to spare for jewellery shopping, please visit this trash place. You'll need the utmost patience to deal with the owner..

Please don't buy any jewellery from Neha Jewellers, Chandni chowk. There is less Purity of gold in the jewellery he sells. I bought a gold chain and a ring in 18k gold from Neha Jewellers and got both the items checked from 2 places outside in the market for purity ( one was Tanshiq's karatmeter machine) . I found that purity of gold in both chain and ring is less than 18k and was somewhere around 17.25 k
