What to say. Dr Madan kapre sir and team is highly qualified, intelligent and one of best team in town to cure ENT problems whether it's a big or small your problem will get cured for sure. Doctors are well versed and gold medalist. You need to take appointment at morning on call and they will give you time to come however once you reached you need to sit atleast 2hrs for your turn. The thing i didn't like is that reception lobby . Ladies are seating there are quite rude who don't talk politely with patient's and talk themselves loudly. New pateint don't know how is procedure so they need to tell them in good way but they won't. If you want to take appointment of Dr Madan kapre then you need to book prior 5 to 6 days as per availability. Harshkaran Gupta sir is quite impressive in talking and made understand politely so that layman can also understand in good way. Overall good experience. First visit fee is quite expensive which is 700/- then revisit fee is around 300 rs. If you r having any major problem of ENT then you must visit this clinic and solve your problem.
