I stayed one night here. Its a lodge with affordable price located near Madurai railway station. Price is 480 for single room and 600 for double room (non AC). The room was clean. Wash room was also good.
Room was clean and good for the price of 400+. TV worked. Drinking RO water is free. Small bathroom with western toilet. There is a workshop next door and it is noisy all night. If you are a light sleeper it will be uncomfortable. Otherwise a good stay.

It's a suitable place for a solo trip sleep and get refresh. Don't expect much. It's a lodge only. There are plenty of food and recreation facilities outside.
Good place to stay. Safe for female travelers. Strict check in & maintenance is good. You feel like homely stay. Semi traditional rooms with TV & western as well Indian toilet.
Rooms are not good...rate is cheap...but getting better rooms in the area is possible.
INHUMANE behaviour from the Management.We booked double room @ 4 am and need to stay for 2 days..When the 48 Hrs completed they WON'T ALLOW even a HALF AN HOUR to stay..They will charge the FULL DAY AMOUNT of Rs630 for the extra 30 minutes which is very unaffordable for students like us who went for exam purposes...VERY DISAPPOINTED AND SPOILED MY ENTIRE DAY..I DONT RECOMMEND HERE FOR BOTH FAMILY AND STUDENTS.

Staying here on return whenever we come to Madurai from Sabarimala. Very economical at a very prime place. Just opp. Railway station. Homely veg mess available.
Very clean and hygienic and spacious rooms, Decent food. Most city tour points are close by. Good for leisure or business traveller on budget. Staff is friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this property.
