Very good service from neeta tours and travels Driver is masterpiece at all and all sleeper service is good. But all windows are fixed and it have ac and it felts like vomiting

Currently In Kalyan Kolhapur bus CP 4421. Not satisfied with the seats. The mattress were stinking. No extra mattress. As the seats were vacant he took the bus to Vashi. The Mumbai boarding bus seems good but the suburban busses are not good.

Never had such a horrible experience with any bus services yet. BEST buses rae far better than Neeta. I sat in the bus at 8:30 am from Mumbai and reached Lonavala at 4 pm. Little did I know that they were just giving me an experience of travelling to Kolhapur instead. Thanks Neeta Travels for ruining my 2 most awaited vacation days in Lonavala and giving me the worst experience of my life. I hope you shut down soon.

Seat Comfort is good , Bus timing was accurate, Reached End point on time. Affordable ticket rates. AC is working well. Lot of drop points so as to you can choose any one which is convenient to you. Overall experience was good.

Worst experience ever during pandemic. Unhygienic and suffocated travel. It smells very badly during the whole journey. Neither secure distance between pasangers is maintained nor safety measures like sanitizer/mask are followed/provided by the travel agency. Bus is overloaded with passangers like usual days.

Worst Service.. I booked the ticket form kolhapur to Mumbai from Neeta office..and I was told it's Neeta bus Wch was not and was given some Manjunath bus Wch I got to know wen I was bording.. The bus was worst and I was charged 1200/- rs per ticket..it's not about the money but the bus was not at all in condition and charging this much money is not worth it.. I don't understand Neeta being such a big brand in india can't control their office.. Never expected this from Neeta..

We were travelling from kolhapur to mumbai, the experience was really very bad, the driver and the support team were too rude, they doesn't have manners how to talk to ladies. There is a big list of complaints, but would definitely say i never had such a bad experience

NEVER travel by their busses. The busses are always late by 2-3 hours. The major reason for their being late is because they keep picking up passengers from different cities. While travelling from Goa to Mumbai, they took the alternate route to the highway so that they could pick up random passengers without bookings. This is unacceptable in a Volvo category bus.
