I had to take the bus to reach my destination. Bus was luxurious.. Blanket was provided , and cleanliness was maintained in the bus..sepreate light for each bed....Bus started at the same time.. And reached the destination at the appropriate time period as it was mentioned beforehand.. U can book the ticket online also

They have good service from Mumbai to shordi and shirdi to Mumbai. And special thing, they have hotel so we dont need to rush for return bus. Just they need to upgrade their hotel room quality.

Useful only for a quick pit stop to freshen up before going to temple. Not exactly value for money but good in case you have a spur of the moment plan to visit shirdi

Very bad experience, so much turbulence during travel. Travel is not comfortable at all

It's losing it's charm it was one of the best but now seats are not that comfortable and they still have high rates on tickets. More over they have stopped giving free water bottle now.

They should make washrooms facility available there... Being starting point of their buses for so many destinations.

Booking through their offline telephone number is pain. Person will say something on the phone and reality is different when you reach their office. Online booking is recommended. But do note prices are bit less if you make offline booking. Buses are of good quality.

The receptionist was too rude as asking every person to clean your shoes again again and then to come into the lobby area and when asking to show the room then the receptionist uncle is directly asking whether you want to stay or just for time pass you are seeking to see the rooms, which is not appropriate in hospitality (This happened to several guests infront of me in fraction of time when I was searching for room after reaching shirdi via neeta travels)
