I am part of zumba sessions since last 2 months and experienced so much change from their routine exercises which includes not only zumba but starting with cardio which continues with zumba, stretching and yoga and lastly meditation. From igniting laziness to body and mind relaxation in guidance of best instructors with best mentor. They also take dance classes and kids gymnastics sessions.
