Staffs are with full of attitude and not patient to show the product ..by the name brand of neeru all items looks like very old or used ones not worth to buy ..other locals vendors have more collections.

Not Suggestable, I've been vising their stores from past 10+ years, I rarely find some good clothes here. I don't say that they don't have collection they have good collection but if the product is good is will be out of budget if the product is in budget it will not look good they must work on their pricing is what I strongly believe. we can get lookalike costumes with same quality some times better quality as well in other stores in less cost that is the main reason why i do not suggest this place but if you still choose this i would also like to tell the pros of this place they have well disciplined staff who are very helpful as well, if you need any alteration help they can get it done as they have tailors inhouse just like other places. This store doesn't have a proper parking its located in a very accessible location.

Good store. The pricing in this store is not as expensive as the jubilee hills store or the Banjara hills store.

1. Damage product 2. Staff not supportive for alternate options 3. Staff not aware of product which are under offer or not 4. Too time consuming to show 3-4 dresses 5. Spent almost 2 hrs to resolve the issue that too have to just take whatever comes under existing bill amount and not what we liked

I heard about Neeru's as one of my friend suggested me to shop here. I shopped almost 65K with Neeru's for wedding lehengas. Unfortunately one of those lehengas had a problem and I went to the management and spoke to them about the experience that I had with the lehengas and luckily I got a chance to talk to Mr. Pradeep ( Manager). He was very patient and understandable . I would definitely like to appreciate your help. He helped me with the possible alternatives so that I can go back with a smile. I invested my time to explain my situation to the manager and staff members which eventually worked out so well for me. Mr. Pradeep has to be recognised by the branch management for providing an amazing customer service. I would definitely love to give another chance to Neeru's and shop with you once again for my next upcoming occasions. Thank you for the bouquet Mr. Pradeep. It made my day little better in all the possible ways. Please help the people the same way to keep up their trust and smiles.

Pathetic service, 12K dress was compromised after customisation. I don't know how come this is considered as brand of Neeru Kumar. No proper service and staff shows so much attitude. Local services charged heavily on the name of Neeru Kumar.
