Neermala Residency - Hotel in Coimbatore - Coimbatore, India

The ambience of the rooms were rich and quiet. There is a huge car parking in the basement with gates to ensure safety. The lifts is for 4 persons and transparent good one. The only problem is with the Service. We had to make multiple followups for each and every service. The hotel management and service person are kind but bit lazy too. Otherwise everything was good.

Hi, I had a bad experience with the Hotel. I called them earlier stating that I will be reaching by 8AM in the morning and requested them to get me 1 room . First they said that no room is available but they said it will cost 500 RS extra to get 1 room, I had to take the room as I had my old parents with me. secondly, Room was small and not delux as I booked. Washroom doesn't have toiletries available, the jet spray was broken and there were no towels. When I asked for room service they said they do not have it available. They can arrange breakfast which will cost 150 rs each. I ordered breakfast, they bought three plates with break keeping one plate on top on another one, which was so unhygienic, later I had to request for spoons on which they got me only 2 spoons and said they do not have more spoon available. I had requested for water bottles but they only gave it in one room. The worst part is communication issues. Staff do not understand any other language apart from Tamil. I understand the difficulty however in hotel business customers definitely coming from different places needs a common term to use. They were hardly able to understand us. Rooms were spacious and well maintained. Ambience was good. Hot water available only during mornings. Location was overcrowded as it's amidst a busy marketplace and getting directly by car or auto was impossible during the morning. Close to Raja St.

Worst experience with this hotel room. They charge you thousands but their service is zero. No floor mats, no kettle and cups or glasses provided in room. Bathrooms not washed properly. Dustbin not maintained properly. Inspite of informing regarding room service they failed to clean the room. Will definitely not recommend especially if you are planning to stay with your kid/infant.

I had a wonderful stay at Neermala Residency in Coimbatore! The property impressed me with its exceptional cleanliness and neatness. The air-conditioned rooms provided a comfortable atmosphere, and the well-maintained washroom added to the overall experience. The reception area was inviting, and the staff displayed a consistently polite attitude. A special shout-out to the receptionist, Mr. Bharathi, whose professionalism and welcoming demeanor enhanced my stay. I highly recommend Neermala Residency for a pleasant and enjoyable accommodation experience in Coimbatore.

Worst experience. No proper service we've to call them again and again for everything, faucets not working properly, an uncleaned and slippery bathroom, if you are paying money to them ask them a bill, they'll literally try to trick you eventhough we have prepaid our money at the check in itself they have asked us to pay again because they wont have a proper record for it. This is in a very congested area, ok they have a parking lot at the underground. And more over not worth for the money.

Prime location, surprisingly nice rooms, service is slow. But the Barathi made sure to keep you as comfortable as he could.
