I visited Neer Waterfall last weekend. It's a beautiful waterfall, but you do need to walk uphill for 400 meters to witness this stunning sight. However, it can get quite crowded on weekends, so I recommend visiting on weekdays for the best experience.

The narrow stream of blue waters, surrounded by the lush foliage of Himalayan vegetation, Neer Garh Waterfall is a treat for any adventure or nature lover visiting Rishikesh. It is a sheer delight to watch the roaring stream making its way through steep rocks before plunging into a clear water pool. Apt for relaxation, meditation, and even landscape photography, this waterfall has to be one of the most spectacular places to see in Rishikesh. The jade blue Neergarh waterfalls also known as 'Neer Gaddu' are located about 5 & 7s km from Lakshman Jhula (Neergarh Waterfall I & II) on Rishikesh-Badrinath highway. These natural waterfalls radiates their empyrean beauty as they tumbles down the rocky cliffs. During summers many tourists visit Neergarh waterfalls to bathe in the cool water of the stream flowing nearby. There are two small bridges erected on the waterfalls having few resting shops in the vicinity. A short trek will take you closer to these pristine waterfall.

It's a natural waterfall formed by one of the branches of the Ganges. The pool is well kept and bounded with Rocky wall to make available for having bath. Local food stall were available on every stair bases.

It is one of the best waterfalls to take a dip and relax. So you go towards Devprayag and take a left turn to go uphill towards Kyarki Village. There is entry fee of 30 INR per person. You see many vehicles parked on road from where the trek starts on left side and after 100 metres, you see a steel bridge and a pool which is the first point full of people and shops. If you really want to enjoy and have a me time, trek upwards for another 15-20 minutes (that's a bit challenging one for beginners) and you see another steel bridge with a pool and big waterfall (check pictures attached). It is a bit deep on sides so be careful. Wear good shoes as trail is uneven and rocky. Not recommended for first comers. There are 2 shops to buy food items but no changing rooms. You can even hike to Kunjapuri Mata Temple from there which is approx 8-10 kms from there. You can also go to Kyarki Village for amazing views of River Ganges, Rishikesh and Sunset. P.S - People said it is very commercialised, don't go there but it depends on how up you go. Date of Visit - 19th November, 2023
