The infrastructure of hospital is very impressive from aesthetic point of view. The staff of the hospital is worst i had seen ever. They have no idea what they were doing there. I had been there for minor foot surgery on 17 Jan 2018. The nursing staff is very unprofessional and there attitude towards there job is worst than government hospitals. The operation theater staff is even more horrible than nursing staff who even don't now how to insert the needle for IV. During my surgery, there was panic in the OT room and they were running around like fools. The doctor was asking something else and they were giving something else due to poor housekeeping. I complained to Dr. Vinod, one of their resident doctor while leaving the hospital and he said they had got lot of complaints from patients previously also but hospital management is not taking any action. In the nutshell don't go to this hospital if you are looking for professional medicare.

The staff needs to be trained for atticates and general customer service behaviour. There should be total ban on use of personal electronics. The ICU staff should be strictly prohibited from play songs on phones outside the ICU door. Patient's family members should be treated with respect.

Sorry to say worst hospital ever. They can't find the disease only thing they did was to bill us double. Still today I am regretting why did I went that hospital. Team of doctors can't find the problem and did normal test and thought it's ok. Shame on medical providers that they keep on high antibiotics without finding cause which resulted in more abnormalities and Money matters to doctors here than the life of patient.

24 hour emergency service available here. The hospital is equipped with state of art infrastructure with all super specialities and have all the dr. On panel all the dr. Are good and the 24 hrs service include a medical officer available every time on the hospital premises.

There are well mannered doctors, good behavior of doctors is very important for patients that i found in this hospital My only grievance is slow treatment process according to my experience.
