Worst hospital and service. The Doctors are very rude, they wont talk to attendants properly. What is the use when Doctors dont respond to our concerns and ask us not to talk with them. They are not doing any favour, we are paying them for treatment. Doctors need to learn manners
I wish I could give negative rating. Worst response and worst management. I don't even want to give one star to them. We had taken our 6 day old baby for a jaundice test and the receptionist Ms.Sarita inspite of seeing prescription added coombs direct test while billing. We called prior coming to check even about lunch time they asked us to come by 3. The lab technician/nurse took the breastfeeding baby for drawing blood even when we asked her to wait. The baby kept crying. They couldn't draw sufficient blood and we had to feed baby and take him again. The lab nurse was rushing it because she wanted to have lunch and we were completely okay to wait. The staff nurse asked us to feed the crying baby in the dining area, Ms.Sarita came there for lunch and asked us to leave the area very unpolitely. When we finally got to know that they have unnecessarily drawn extra blood from baby and questioned Ms.Sarita regarding same instead of being apologetic she arrogantly said that she doesn't want to encourage people who have delivered baby outside their hospital to enter their hospital. The receptionist switched off Dr.Sriteja's (admin ) number when we tried reaching out. Worst inhumane beasts running a women and childcare hospital.
I've found that most of the 5 star reviews are forcefully insisted by the hospital staff to post by the patients and respective attendees. Useless tests are prescribed and looted money for that. Doctor consultation time is very less. Consultation fee is not worth. Waiting time is more No privacy for female patients. During patient admission I won't suggest to the pregnant women who are looking for better treatment.
Stay away from this hospital. They are criminals...they will create a situation where they will do premature delivery of baby and send to neonatal intensive care...and damage kids future as well as parents future...STAY AWAY STAY SAFE..
I came for the check up from a gynecologist doctor, Dr Himabindu but my treatment was not done correctly. My issue and pain is not solved, the medicines is also not useful for me.Because of this I'm suffering my pain at this night time.. Wasted the time and money of mine by showing to this doctor

The hospital's environment was so good. I visited the hospital to get my Delivery. I was treated by Dr.P.Neelima&Dr.Revathi, Both was very patient and kind. All the nurses were patient in taking care of me. The doctors who performed the surgery encouraged me. The house keeping staff were kind and helped me in ways I cannot explain. All thanks to Doctors, nurses, house keeping staff for making my Lscs a success. The hospitality shown at Neelima hospital is great.
