Neelam Sweets and Restaurant - Indian restaurant in Itarsi - Hoshangabad, India

Tried chhole bathure and dahi wada, they were good in taste but expensive in terms of quantity and quality. The place is clean but there is no washroom faciity. There is no parking place in restaurant. You have to pay and park in railway parking area. Additionally they accept only cash. I've been here before also but the quality of sweets and food has been degraded with time.

I won't recommend to visit this restaurant, it's near railway station and easily accessible that's why you will be Tempted to go here. This restaurant doesn't have any compitition so they behave and treat as they want. They don't Accept their mistakes and argue without hesitation. Food is below avg service staff is very below avg. They don't mind if you complaint for any issues related to any dish, as they know you'll be not visiting them again ( as most of the consumers are tourist).

Only for sweets previously it's was good for breakfast and lunch but now prices are too high but the quality is poor and quantity is also very less it seems they are offering only to see and want to make you full. service very poor And late they just walk here and there and will tell you, to wait like they are so busy and arrogant. Taste also sweet in everything like they add sugar to everything I don't know why everything snack and dal is sweet...very disappointing

Ate worst dosa of my life. When asked the staff, manager and even owner don't listen. I am not going to this restaurant again. In Itarsi Manjeet is better option.

Ordered 3 maharaja thali in train journey at itarsi station from Neelam restaurant, since it's a known shop. But it was really not upto the mark and food quality was pathetic. Half cooked chapattis, stale paneer sabzi. They need to improve

The amount which was served was very less, I paid 210/- for one thali, amount of dal was very less. And just single piece of paneer, rice was filled less than quarter. This is very-very bad service atleast fill rice properly, taste of sweet and Raita was good but it doesn't taste good in empty stomach

I have ordered food from train 30 min before reaching the Itarsi Junction. And they replied that they will deliver it. And I waited onto the station before the train is ready to go from junction but no one had come there. I have called but they didn't reply anything. Such a bad experience with it ...

We orderd food for our train. They not send our order on time and trained leaved. When we ask about our irder ,they told they forgot the same....After repetedly calling before 2 hour ,they not sent order....we dont had pantry in our train and next stoppage is nagpur approx 5 hour from itarsi...Poor service... Worst experiance...Strongly not recommonded
