Rate of Neelam hotel are high as compared to service and quality. It's better for couples who spent some time with each other.

The rooms are not worth it compared to the room rent. The TVs in the rooms are just for showpiece and the bathrooms are not completely covered i.e. the windows in the bathrooms are open in such a way that a lot of mosquitoes come in.

Room cleaning work is very poor quality The bathroom window always opened The mattress and pillow cover bedsheet blanket is very dirty. Arrogant staff

Unhygenic bathroom, too smelly, not suitable for families. No hot water, AC doesn't turn on , bedsheets are not cleaned properly.

Worst experience ever in my life about hotel facilities. Thank god I denied the stay.

Very bad experience in that room hot water didn't provide when we want and washroom aren't clean.

Only location is good. Rooms are clean but bedsheets were not clean at all. Restaurant facility is pathetic.
