Excellent mall in Talegaon dabhade for daily needs. Departments are very properly arranged for ease of customer. Ambiance is pretty cool. Very strong customer base due to polite staff & best service. They also provide home delivery service for groceries & their products. Almost every essential thing is there in the mall. Parking & clean washroom facility available. Free wifi available. My personal experience is very nice with the needs mall.

Certainly a nice store but very conservative in customer relationship, pathetic about wrong products and return policy. We'd purchased Biryani Essence but after opening we found it's pineapple essence "Needs" gave replacement for unopened bottle but denied for opened bottle. As a customer we're unable to understand that how anyone can make out any essence is right or wrong without opening. Good Lesson Thank You "Needs"
