What a stunning piece of nature. One should visit this If you're a nature lover. No place for sitting except sone big rocks. you can walk and click some pictures. Lovely view. Best time to visit sunrise and sunset.
Nice place for day outing. Not so far from Pune. View of necklace shaped meander is wonderful from the view point. You will get dam view also. You have to park your car outside. Few tea stalls, Sweet Corn vendor was there. Carry water bottle if possible.
Good place not far away from Pune. We went there on a monsoon weekend but thankfully there were no crowds. This is just a viewpoint with limited or no infrastructure so come here with low expectations and bring your own food. I wouldn't recommend travelling all the way from Pune for this place but if it is in the way to your eventual destination then you can take a break here.
Nothing special in this location just natural attractions best view would be possible in mansoon season Natural Beauty: Many tourist spots are renowned for their scenic landscapes, such as beaches, mountains, waterfalls, forests, and national parks. These locations offer breathtaking views and opportunities for outdoor activities like hiking and photography."Necklace Point" is indeed a place in Bhor, it could be a scenic viewpoint or a tourist attraction known for its natural beauty or cultural importance. Such places often draw visitors due to their picturesque landscapes, historical relevance, or unique characteristics
It is a good point to stop and enjoy the view of nature. In the monsoon and rainy season, it looks awesome and picturesque. Greenery and river view in necklace shape is fabulous. I had stopped to see this point en route to Varandha Ghat.
It's a fascinating view of the Necklace where Nira and Gunjawani rivers merge and create a Necklace shaped meander. But lack of parking, no signposting, limited area to view and lack of any arrangements to sit and enjoy the view makes one wonder if it is worth the trouble.
During our journey to Raireshwar Fort, we made a pit stop at this charming location, which proved to be an ideal spot for a day outing. Notably, it is conveniently located not far from Pune. The highlight of our visit was the breathtaking view of the necklace-shaped meander from the viewpoint. Additionally, we had the pleasure of enjoying a stunning dam view. There were a few tea stalls and a sweet corn vendor on-site, providing delicious refreshments for our enjoyment. I would strongly recommend bringing a water bottle along to stay properly hydrated, especially on warm days. In summary, our visit to this location, while en route to Raireshwar Fort, was a delightful experience. With its proximity to Pune, picturesque views, and convenient amenities, it's an excellent choice for a day trip.
Nice and amazing place with a great view. Good for short on the way trip. Very few food options though. No washrooms either.
